Lawful basis
We process teacher contact data on the basis of consent (you tick the box) and legitimate interests (to coordinate the exchange you've signed up to). You can withdraw consent or ask us to delete your registration at any time.
Sharing
We share teacher contact details only with your matched partner teacher, and only after you accept the match. We never sell data. We never share data with sponsors.
Retention
We keep your registration for the current and following NOV20 year (so returning schools can re-register easily), then anonymise it for impact reporting. You can delete it sooner on request.
